The objective of the Digitalization Department is to form and maintain an integrated system of university processes, reliably ensure the functioning and uninterrupted operation of software tools, facilitate the enhancement of the educational process and the activities of the University's structural units through the use of information technologies and systems, as well as to develop and implement software to improve the operational quality of the University's structural units.
The main tasks of the department:
- ensuring the smooth functioning of the software package;
- ensuring the required level of information security;
- provision of information and technical support for software and computer equipment;
- information content, up-to-date maintenance and promotion on the Internet of the University's website (hereinafter referred to as the Website);
- organization of implementation and improvement of automated systems, introduction of new technologies, development of resource provision;
- control over the execution of regulatory documents on the rules of working with computers and office equipment.
