On 10 December 2025, the Erasmus+ Information Day in Kazakhstan was held at Esil University in Astana. The event served as an important platform bringing together representatives of higher education institutions, researchers, and administrative staff actively involved in the implementation and development of international educational projects.

Within the framework of the Information Day, Esil University provided an exhibition space to showcase successful Erasmus+ initiatives. At this venue, the team of Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University presented ongoing Erasmus+ projects, including:

– ERASMUS+ /KA2/ CBHE 101129169 CirculEC — “Development of an Innovative Curriculum and Modules on Circular Economy and Sustainable Development.”

The exhibition of Ualikhanov University attracted considerable interest from the participants. Visitors showed strong engagement with the project’s topic, objectives, and achieved results, as well as with practical approaches to integrating circular economy principles into educational programmes. The presented project highlighted the relevance of transitioning to a sustainable development model focused on efficient resource use, reducing environmental impacts, and developing modern competencies in the field of circular economy among students.
