On December 08, 2025, an organizational meeting was held at the Higher School of Medicine (HSM) of Sh. Ualikhanov University for 42 international 1st-year students (groups MedA-251, -252, -253).The primary objective of the event was to ensure the effective adaptation of new students to university life and to fully familiarize them with the key regulatory documents governing the educational process and their stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan.During the meeting, the following important issues were explained and discussed in detail:
The University's Internal Regulations.
The Academic Integrity Policy.
Requirements for the Corporate Dress Code.
Specific features of the Adaptation Period.
The meeting became an important step in the integration of the international first-year students into the educational environment of the university.
