On December 10, 2025, a practical training session on the topic «Leadership in Teamwork: Training Students as Future Medical Team Members» was conducted for foreign students of groups OMA-213 and OMA-215 (35 students in total) at the Higher School of Medicine of Kokshetau Shokan Ualikhanov University.
The event took place within the framework of the work of the Student Club "ABZAL ZHAN" of the Department of Surgery, led by assistant D. N. Rymbayeva.
The training was aimed at developing teamwork skills and fostering leadership qualities essential in a clinical environment. Students mastered effective interaction, role distribution, constructive communication, as well as competencies such as responsibility, initiative, and stress resistance.
Participants practiced skills in argumentation and clinical situation analysis. Special emphasis was placed on the understanding that leadership in medicine requires respect, empathy, and mutual support among colleagues.
Conducting such a training contributes to the development of professional flexibility and confidence among future doctors, laying the foundation for effective work in medical organizations.
