On April 17, 2026, the Republican Scientific and Technical Conference of Students titled “Science and Technologies of the Future: Challenges, Trends, and Prospects in the Context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” was held at Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University.

In modern conditions, Kazakhstan is becoming a regional platform for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, which gives special relevance to the development of science, technology, and student research.

As part of the conference, sectional sessions were held, where more than 450 scientific reports were presented. The participants demonstrated a high level of preparation, strong research activity, and a commitment to contributing to the development of science and innovation.

The conference featured student research results across a wide range of fields, including education, natural sciences, medicine, agriculture, social sciences and humanities, engineering, and technology.
