Business Incubator

The Business Incubator of the Nonprofit Joint-Stock Company “Shokan Ualikhanov Kokshetau University” was established in 2021 on the basis of the StartUp Academy, which has been operating since 2019. It functions as a structural unit aimed at supporting and promoting innovative and entrepreneurial activities among students, master’s and doctoral students, faculty members, academic staff, and other university employees.

The University’s Business Incubator is a member of the Kazakhstan Association of Business Incubators.

The University acts as the primary investor for the winners of the “StartUp Project” competition, which is organized by the Business Incubator twice a year.

Startup teams are provided with workplaces in a coworking space. The pitch zone is used for practical classes, workshops, and team collaboration.
