Ualikhanov University begins Harvard ManageMentor leadership training

Today, Ualikhanov University held its first in-person session as part of the Harvard ManageMentor leadership training. The training is designed to strengthen modern management and leadership skills among the University’s leadership team.

Heads of administrative units, higher schools, and institutes are taking part in the training. The courses focus on key competencies such as leadership, team management, strategic thinking, decision-making, change and project management, and effective communication.

Harvard ManageMentor, a learning solution from Harvard Business Impact, offers 42 practice-oriented courses in English aimed at developing leadership and management skills.

The curriculum covers three key areas - managing yourself, managing teams, and managing organizations - ranging from personal effectiveness and team leadership to strategy and business processes.

Through this initiative, Ualikhanov University continues to strengthen its management culture and develop leaders who are prepared to navigate change, lead teams effectively, and make well-informed decisions.
